Online 12-Hour Reckless & Aggressive Driver Education Course (RADEP)
This online 12-hour Reckless and Aggressive Driver Education Program (RADEP) is intended for drivers in Virginia who have received a reckless or aggressive driving citation and have been ordered by the court to complete a driver education course. The program is designed to meet the general instructional requirements associated with the 12-hour RADEP standard. All coursework is completed online.
The total cost of the course is $200. Enrollment provides access to the full course curriculum, required quizzes, and the certificate of completion upon successful completion of all course components.
Course Structure and Content:
The course is delivered entirely online and is divided into multiple sections that must be completed in sequence. Course content addresses topics related to reckless and aggressive driving behavior, traffic laws, driver responsibility, and decision-making. The format includes written instructional material, interactive components, and quizzes. Students complete the course independently and progress through the material at their own pace.

Time Requirements: The course consists of 12 total instructional hours. Students are not required to complete the course in a single session. The system allows students to log in and out as needed, and course progress is saved automatically until all required sections are completed.
Course Completion and Certificate: To complete the course, students must review all required material and successfully complete the included quizzes. Once all requirements are met, a certificate of completion is generated. The certificate is provided digitally as a PDF and is sent to the student by email. Students may then submit the certificate to the court as instructed.
Assessments: The course includes periodic quizzes to confirm completion of the material. If a quiz is not passed on the first attempt, it may be retaken until the required score is achieved.
Refund Policy: A full refund may be requested at any time prior to the issuance of the certificate of completion. Refund requests made after a certificate has been issued will not be approved.
